Provides referral services and technical support for instructional and technological questions. Education: Administers Federal Quota accounts designated for the purchase of educational materials under the federal Act to promote the Education of the Blind. Literacy Programs: Provides various products used in the teaching and learning of Braille. The Braille Connection is a special American Printing House for the Blind program supporting the new Braille user with teacher & mentor materials. Media Production: Produces materials on demand in alternate formats (Braille, cassette/tape, large print).
