The Indiana Blind Children's Foundation was established in 1994 to benefit Indiana's children who are blind and visually impaired by financially supporting and promoting the work of The Indiana School for the Blind and Visually Impaired (ISBVI).
IBCF's mission is to invest in the future of Indiana's children who are blind and visually impaired in ways that meaningfully enhance their education and their lives. IBCF supports ISBVI through funds development, education, and advocacy.
